Josh Berger, Managing Director of Commercial Leasing & Investment, Norman Bobrow

Josh Berger joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., as Director of Commercial Leasing & Investment Sales in 2009 and has quickly become one of the firm’s top producing brokers. In 2014, he was named Managing Director of Commercial Leasing & Investment sales for his growing role in educating and training new brokers who join the firm.

Josh has represented firms in the fields of advertising, technology, non-profit, finance, public relations, and fashion amongst others. Some of Mr. Berger’s clients include: Make-Up Designory, Boyar Value Group, Quintessentially, Native Intimates, MMGY Global, Harborview Capital Management, WCD Group, Jordache Enterprises, The Center for Social Inclusion, and Nimbo Technologies.

Josh is involved in all aspects of his transactions, from strategic planning and market research to financial analysis and lease negotiation. Most importantly he follows each deal through to completion, often exceeding the expectations of his clients. Mr. Berger stresses accuracy, attention to detail and an unparalleled level of service and professionalism, which has enabled him to successfully represent his clients time and again.

In 2010, Mr. Berger received the Broker of the Year Award for the Most Transactions Completed in one year. Again in 2012, Josh received the Broker of the Year Award this time for the Largest Transaction Completed of the Year.

Prior to joining Norman Bobrow & Company, Josh worked for a New Jersey based real estate firm, Segbro Companies, where he researched and negotiated the purchases of shopping centers, commercial buildings, and business parks throughout the country.

Mr. Berger received his B.S. in Marketing/Business Administration from SSSB at Yeshiva University. He currently resides in Long Island City with his wife, Nina and their dog, Wally.
