Brian Kalinowski, Back9Network LLC. Executive Vice President – Digital Media

Brian Kalinowski is Executive Vice President; Digital Media for Back9Network, a Golf Lifestyle network recently launched on DirecTV. In this role Brian oversees Back9Network’s portfolio of web and mobile products including 2 of the top 10 global digital Golf properties. Brian focuses on driving growth through the creation and management of web, app and social media experiences.

Prior to joining Back9Nework Brian served in numerous executive positions including COO at LiveClips (a B2B video PaaS company) and EVP Digital Media at World Wrestling Entertainment. At WWE, Brian oversaw web and mobile content, e-commerce, sponsorship and interactive technology. He led the digital media group in positioning WWE as one of the premiere global social media brands in sports and entertainment.

A 17-year veteran of digital product development and marketing, Brian previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Lycos, Inc. where he oversaw their numerous portfolio properties including Wired News, Quote.com, and Gamesville. There he drove new opportunities for broadband and content
offerings while optimizing business opportunities for Tripod and Angelfire, Lycos’ award-winning web publishing community sites.
